"The Forbidden Swamp"
King Kull, with Brule and the Red Slayers, move through the swamps, hunting down the Serpents Who Walk Like Men, tracking them back to their temple. They face sea serpents and wizards who guard the temple. Finally, Kull comes face to face with Thulsa Doom. Doom lulls Kull with a story of how he too is an enemy of the Snake Men. Kull is in possession with one of the two gems from the temple snake idol, but the other is missing, and rumor has it that incredible power awaits the man who possesses both stones. Kull suspects Doom, who secretly holds the other gem, but allows him to accompany him back to Valusia. 10 pages.

"Where Walks the Ghost"

A bank robber escapes with his haul, and attempts to find a place to lay low. He visits a real estate broker to buy a supposedly haunted house. The broker protests, but the thief insists. The twist is that the broker was himself a ghost, and drives the robber to turn himself in. 5 pages.
"Mister Morgan's Monster"

Scientists are disappointed with their robots ability to follow commands. By the year 2090, mankind so distrusts their robots that they order them all destroyed. The technician in charge, Mr. Morgan, spares one out of sentimentality. Aliens who have been watching Earth see this as their opportunity to launch their invasion. The sole remaining robot drives the aliens off, rescuing mankind, but perishing in the effort. 7 pages.
