Origin: When his father died, Tom O'Brien quit school to help out his family. But Tom always wished he could do more to help! Thinking he was saving a woman from an attack, he was bitten by the parasite Angon! Tom was found by the Underworlders and in their lair he awoke as Edge! He and the Man of Steel battled Angon, and they were victorious.
