S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Jasper Sitwell tries in vain to remove the unconscious Iron Man's armor to commence medical treatment. Meanwhile, Tony Stark's ne'er-do-well cousin, Morgan is brought in front of a Maggia crime-boss to settle his gambling debts. He promises to deliver Iron Man, and succeeds. The Maggia reveal their new agent, Whiplash.

Captain America is busy fighting off Mob hit-men stateside, while in Wakanda, the Black Panther is fighting forces that seek to disturb the peace of his jungle nation. The Panther summons Cap for assistance when he learns of the sophistication of his invaders. S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 13 Sharon Carter goes undercover to foil a spy plot.
