One by one, buildings are disappearing from the city, teleported to an alien planet. Elsewhere, a man finds a spaceship hidden in the woods at the edge of the city. A boy realizes that the alien only works in the dark, and must be sensitive to light. This enables the police to capture and reverse the aliens work. A group of space explorers set down on a planetoid for ship repair, and discover all manner of dangers. First, a fire-breathing dragon roams the planet. The crew is divided on whether to preemptively kill the beast when the second danger arrives, a killer asteroid. When the Dragon blasts the asteroid to bits, the explorers see the inherent worth and purpose of all beings. 6 pages.
"The Drop of Water"

A chemistry student is fascinated when he sees a statue of the Midgard Serpent from Norse mythology, and the eyes of the statue are crying. He captures a specimen, a find in the lab that it is a powerful acid that eats through all manner of containers. He thinks it will make him famous, but the acid is so powerful, he cannot contain it, and it disappears into the Earth. 3 pages.
"In Tiny Pieces"

Ben Maijus is henpecked, and his wife loves to chide him on how his school classmate became so much more successful. When Ben tears up the article about his rival, coincidentally, the next day his rival dies. Ben tries it again with his boss' picture, and gets the same result. Feeling empowered, he faces off with his wife and tears up what he thinks is her photo, but tragically, it is his own. 5 pages.
