Origin: Everyone in Donna Carol Force's family has metagene-based abilities. Hearing of the parasite scare in Metropolis, her uncle Harry took her to the city hoping to trigger her latent powers. She was bitten by a parasite and pronounced dead - that is, until the EMS technicians jolted her to life with defibrillators. Now she harnesses the power of electricity as Sparx!
